“JUST SIT FIT “  is an invigorating chair-based fitness class, accessible to all but especially created for seniors who may have mobility issues, or who prefer not to stand for too long.

 Great low-impact exercises to lively music and a fun way to stay active.

There are two classes every Monday at Tylers Green Village Hall.  

The fee is £7 a session – Pay as you Go.

 

Class One – 11.00am – 11.45pm

Whilst the 11am class is currently full, there are spaces available in the 12-12.45 pm class

Class Two – 12.00pm – 12.45pm

Just Move Gold

A lower intensity dance fitness class, incorporating basic dance moves and using chairs .
 
The pace is slower, designed specifically for older adults, focussing on movements help improve cardiovascular health and flexibility, concentrating on coordination, balance and building muscle strength.
 
Set to music, often using resistance bands, its a great class to make you feel good whilst keeping active.
